High Lonesome is comprised of Andy Wallach Bass, Bill Paul Banjo, Chip Thomason Guitar, and John McCann Mandolin, each with a heritage based in Appalachian culture. The band has over 200 years of experience playing Bluegrass Music. The members of the band have shared the stage with several of our Bluegrass Heroes including Bill Monroe, Ricky Skaggs, Mike Snyder, John Hartford, and Jesse McReynolds. The members have played in venues around the world including the “Mother Church” the Ryman Auditorium in Nashville Tennessee. High Lonesome strives to “share the music from the mountains that we call home!!!
